Druidism and Germanic Norse Deep Wells

Germanic and Norse or Icelandic Lore is will preserved in the Early Iron age and while certainly there were cultural differences I find it difficult to believe both more  Southern Celtic and Northern Cultures were not nursed by the same melting Ice Age.

Yet Asatru and Heathenry have in Neo-Pagan times fleshed out in their own ways, sans Druids.

Still I treat them as valuable Deep Wells to draw old Waters from.

So you will find that I reference them from time to time for their Wisdom and Cosmetology without making overt Celtic separations or Druid only Barriers in my study and sharings.

It is just as most Authors I study of the 18th-20th century referred to Celtic Druid believes as Pagan and Heathen without any attempt  to separate these terms and we so often so foolishly see today

Dear Edward (Celtic) Davies.

I feel his work is very insightful, but as all the Works of 12th to 20th century one most understand.

That the Authors were either on the Tit of the Christian Church or under its Sword so yes one must filer a bit and dig a lot.

But Druid Gold is Druid Gold.

Our Little Irish Cousin by Mary Hazelton Blanchard Wade

Wow its 1904 again, ah to be young !!!

This is our Second Book, hope you like it.

Mary wrote many Cousin books, but I really like how this one deals with the Old Irish Druid Magick and the reality of Irish life and hard history while still a children's Book.  Also Life in Ireland at the beginning of the 20th Century, 

I have uploaded the PDF as it is hard to find.

And there are Golden Druid Threads for some in the book, who you find yours.

Creating a Clean Lean Focused easy access group on F.B.

This can be a bit hard but I saw another group do it I am in, so I thought I would try it along with the other Tool I use of having Both F.B. Group and Matching Blog of same name.

So How did they do it.

By making the Group Posting setting: Admins only.  But this allows members to comment on and thread already started.

Then by also usind the Hid Post click to remove from Wall view post pop up as you do things. One can get a very clean easy to to use group.

My example: I have set to open so you can give a look see if interested.
