Tros of Samothrace by Talbot Mundy (1925)

This book on our reading room shelf is courtesy of  Lewis Mitchell
>>Tros of Samothrace and Helma by Talbot Mundy are rollicking action tales set on the isle of Britain. During the time of Roman expansion. What sets these old books apart in my library is the quotes of Taliesin that begin each chapter. Much like the musings of Lazarus Long in Heinlein' novels. I find these sayings to be good philosophy. Whether they be true to druid ideals I leave up to others.<<
Tros of Samothrace is a historical novel with fantasy elements by author Talbot Mundy. It was published in 1934.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tros_of_Samothrace
